Summit Lending Solutions was founded with a simple but powerful mission: to give homebuyers access to the same mortgage options and expertise that were previously only available to the well-connected. Too many people were walking into their bank, accepting whatever rate they were offered, and leaving tens of thousands of dollars on the table over the life of their loan.

Craig built Summit Lending Solutions to be different. As an independent brokerage, we are not incentivized to push any particular lender or product.
